Field Training & Quality Assurance Protocol
Welcome to the Desert State Home Inspections field training program.
Our commitment to excellence begins with rigorous, safe, and high-quality field operations. Below are the foundational rules governing all supervised field inspections.
Operations & Safety Mandates
Supervising Inspector Control: The supervising inspector maintains absolute control of the inspection site at all times. They carry ultimate responsibility for the safety of the team and the quality of the final report.
Trainee Empowerment & Safety
Trainees should not perform any action that they believe to be unsafe. If you feel a task poses a risk to your personal safety or the property, speak up immediately. No inspection objective supersedes safety.
Next Steps: Pathway to Employment
Transitioning from a trainee to a full employment status is a structured process designed to ensure mutual success.
1. Parallel Inspection Milestone
You must successfully complete thirty (30) parallel inspections under direct supervision.
2. Mutual Agreement
Upon hitting the 30-inspection milestone, the trainee and the company may mutually agree to proceed into the company's advanced, in-house training program.
3. Evaluation for Advancement
Advancement into official employment status is not automatic. It is highly competitive and evaluated based on the following pillars:
